I have an ADA request. What’s the best way to request accommodations for my The Revivalists at Red Rocks VIP or Travel Package?

If you need to request ADA accommodations for your hotel reservation or event experience, please reach out to us HERE with the following information as soon as possible:

Please include as much information as possible when submitting your request so we can ensure proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and are dependent on availability.

For accessible seating requests at the venue, availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on venue inventory. Once your request is received, we will review available options with you.

Our VIP Packages

How do I place my order?

All The Revivalists at Red Rocks VIP Packages must be purchased online. Packages will be available during the presale on and public on-sale periods as communicated on the official event website.

After clicking “Buy Now” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our official ticketing partner to complete your purchase.

Is there an age restriction for the VIP Packages?

Age restrictions, if applicable, are determined by the venue. Please refer to the venue’s policy for details.

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket during checkout?

If your selected VIP package offers multiple ticket types, you will have the opportunity to select either Premium Reserved or General Admission during checkout.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) tickets allow entry to the event without an assigned seat. You may be given access to a designated GA area, but seating/standing locations are first-come, first-served.

VIP packages may include early entry into the venue.

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

A Premium Reserved ticket includes a specific assigned seat. Seat location will be displayed during the purchase process prior to order confirmation.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?

No. Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets and do not include VIP amenities or access. Please ensure you select the correct VIP package before completing your purchase.

How will I receive my VIP tickets?

All tickets will be delivered digitally. Tickets will be sent to the email address used to purchase your package and distributed through the venue’s official ticketing partner account in the weeks leading up to your event date.

When will I receive VIP check-in information?

Check-in instructions, including location and schedule, will be emailed to the purchaser approximately 5–7 days prior to your event date.

Please note: 100x is not responsible for failed, blocked, misdelivered, or bounced email delivery.

How will I receive the merchandise included in my VIP experience?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the event and must be picked up at that time.

We are unable to ship merchandise before or after the event.

Is parking included?

VIP packages do not include parking unless explicitly stated. Please check the venue’s official website for parking information.

Is there a bag policy?

Bag policies are determined by the venue. Please visit the venue’s official website for current policies and permitted items.

What if my plans change?

All VIP Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for full details.

Hotel Information

What time is check-in and check-out?

100x adheres to the hotel’s standard check-in and check-out policies. Please refer to the hotel’s official website for the most up-to-date information.

Early check-in is not guaranteed. If you arrive early, bag storage may be available through the hotel.

How many nights are included? Can I book additional nights?

The number of included nights will be specified in your package description.
If you wish to extend your stay, additional nights must typically be booked directly with the hotel. Requests to connect separate reservations are subject to availability and must be submitted to 100x prior to the communicated deadline.

Is parking included at the hotel?

Travel Packages do not include parking unless explicitly stated. Please refer to the hotel’s website for current parking rates and details.

Will there be an incidental hold?

A valid credit card is required at hotel check-in for incidental charges. Please refer to the hotel’s website for current incidental policies.

The hotel says they do not have my reservation — why?

Hotel rooming lists are typically shared closer to check-in (often within 1–4 weeks of your event date). Please wait until the recommended timeframe before contacting the hotel directly.

Always reference that your reservation is part of your 100x Travel Package when speaking with the hotel

Travel Package Requests

Can I book additional nights?

Additional nights must be booked directly through the hotel. Once booked, please contact 100x HERE with:

  • PURCHASER EMAIL
  • PURCHASER NAME
  • 100x ORDER #
  • PACKAGE NAME – [Package Name]
  • ADDITIONAL NIGHT HOTEL CONFIRMATION NUMBER

Requests are subject to hotel availability and are not guaranteed. All requests must be submitted by September 11, 2026.

I purchased a Travel Package as a gift. How can the recipient redeem it?

Travel Package transfers must be requested via the purchaser’s original purchase email address prior to the communicated deadline of September 11, 2026.

Please include:

  • ORIGINAL PURCHASER NAME
  • ORIGINAL PURCHASER EMAIL
  • ORDER NUMBER
  • PACKAGE TYPE – [Package Name]
  • NEW GUEST NAME
  • NEW GUEST EMAIL
  • NEW GUEST PHONE NUMBER

Transfers include the entire package (hotel, transportation if applicable, and show tickets) and cannot be split.

The package must be paid in full prior to transfer approval.

I have a specific hotel request.

All hotel-related requests can be sent directly to 100x HERE prior to the stated deadline for September 11, 2026.

I need to update my payment method.
